Source Burn Energy Drink Versus Coca-Cola Burn

I found something interesting today. There is a company called Source Burn Energy Drink. Now it seems that the drink does exist, but the whole business model is to sell the "brand" to someone else. So if you have $100,000 dollars and feel like getting in a law suit with Coca-Cola, who also has a Burn Energy drink(don't think its in the States), than you know where to go. Source doesn't make any guarantees, but I can guarantee you you won't win in a legal battle against the major soda supplier. Plus, if you really want to start an energy shot company in an oversaturated market, why not just create your own brand for the bare cost of any other startup company(definitely under $100,000)?

Maybe Coke bought out Source? That's "smart" corporations for you!

400 mg of caffeine in an 8 oz hit(compared to Cocaine's 280mg)
Depending on your body weight and size, they say as little as 500mg of caffeine in a short period of time can be past toxic levels and dangerous
Energy shots(under 2 ounces) are safer and more effective than energy drinks
