Energyshot.org joins Bodybuilding.com's popular Bodyspace. Yes we even have embarassing before pictures of me and blog confessionals of the hardships of avoiding Mountain Dew and Oreos. Haha, enjoy.
Bodyspace is like MySpace for bodybuilders. What attracted us to the site were all the options available to help keep one commited to getting fit and staying fit. Features include: posting before, after, and profile pictures, finding inspirational profiles to follow, tracking your body and weightlifting stats, blog posts, and list of supplements you are taking. There are many more features, and we will give you more information as we learn them.
Other reasons to join the site were to let others know about the positives of energy shots. Yes, energy shots are getting a bad rep because they are coupled with their fatter cousin, the energy drink, so we wanted to dispel the myth. There is a supplement guide where you can post what supplements you are taking and we plan to post the energy shots we are currently taking along with others. Right now we are taking: Six Star Whey Protein, Six Star Creatine, Lipo6 Fatburner, and Redbull Energy shots.
